Ergolding near Landshut, August 20, 2019. The enterprise group surrounding the Bavarian mid-sized company and specialist for document capturing DATAWIN GmbH is continuing to grow: as of August 14, 2019, InoTec GmbH Organisationssysteme became a member of the DATAWIN Group. The globally active high-performance scanner specialist from Hessian Wölfersheim is bringing an attractive product range, high development competency and a distinctive sales structure into the corporate group. In return, InoTec will profit in the future among others from the group’s own production of components and it is simultaneously regulating its management
succession.

New CEO of InoTec GmbH will be Johannes Boerboom, who has been managing the DATAWIN Group together with Peter Schrittenlocher and Max H.-H. Schaber since 2015. InoTec’s executive board up to now consisting of company founders and long-standing partners Peter Schnautz, Jürgen Kaus and authorized officer Friedhelm Schmidt will devote itself to private projects.

Peter Schnautz:

However, a restructuring of InoTec GmbH is not planned; all jobs will remain as up to now. InoTec GmbH will continue to exist as an independent brand and it will be exclusively responsible for looking after its own customer base. Besides DATAWIN GmbH – whose name the group bears – BAP Image Systems GmbH, BAP Image Systems LLC, M&N Solutions GmbH and the Swiss company Axiome Alpha SA, InoTec GmbH Organisationssysteme is now the sixth company of the DATAWIN Group.
